Jiri & Jharayni: NRS 68,000 (approx. £432.00) was given to Dawa at Jiri & 5 people in Jharayni. With this money they bought 6 bundles of tin sheets & 12 sacks of rice.
Dhading: Sanu maya Thapa: NRS 35,000 (approx. £222.00)
Chisapani Village: The total cost for the 2,850 kg rice given to Ms Poonam Tamang’s village was NRS 2,000,000 approx. £12,800.00
NRS 15,000: Transport expense for 2x Trucks from Poonam’s village to collect the rice, and deliver to the village.
Long term plans
Laxcha Bantawa will be going to Nepal on July 4, where she will be making a report on ‘future targeting of funds’ for an area we are already helping.
